It’s that time of year again, almost easter time, which means me and my sister get to whip out the pasta maker and make pierogies! We made potato cheese and Saurkraut this year… Plus we made noodles out of the scrap dough that made prob the best haluski ever! My recipe for the pierogies is on this blog under pasta … the secret is… Sour cream! Who knew!??
