The are pictured bottom right. I started making these last year, and they were a hit! The fillings used were apricot, poppyseed, and raspberry. All the rest of the recipes are also on this blog from last year, almond sugar cookies, pignoli’s, thin mints, oreo truffles, and Mike’s famous hamburger cookies!
1 80z cream cheese
4 sticks butter
4 cups flour
Cream butter and cream cheese. Add flour to make dough. Refrigerate. Pinch off pieces of dough, roll in sugar. Pat out , fill, shape into crescents.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
