To make your spaghetti and meatballs cupcakes, you will need the following ingredients:
- vanilla cupcakes
- vanilla spray icing (look for the kind with a narrow holed tip, such as Betty Crocker Cupcake Icing
- one Ferrero Rocher candy for each cupcake
- 1/2 to 1 cup seedless raspberry jelly
- Shaved White Chocolate for the ” parm cheese”
You will use your spray icing to make the spaghetti on your spaghetti and meatballs cupcakes. Vanilla icing with a round decorator tip works. Or even easier: Buy cupcake icing with a round decorator tip.
Spray a mound of icing on top of each plain cupcake, gently and loosely, so it looks like a pile of spaghetti.
Unwrap a Ferrero Rocher candy for each cupcake, and place in the center on top of the “spaghetti” to make the meatball.
Place about 1/2 cup of the the raspberry jelly in a microwave-safe container. Heat on high 10-30 seconds until melted and easy to pour. Pour over the Ferrero Rocher candy to make it look like spaghetti sauce. Shave white chocolate on the top and Mangia! Enjoy!
