Friday night was crazy, many of us did not go to bed until 4am! I don’t think I will ever have that many people sleep over my house at the same time LOL – it was so fun though, so nice to hang out with all my friends and family , isn’t that what the holidays are all about?
Anyways, I woke up Saturday morning starving, and remembered a recipe I saw on my google reader for a casserole. It was so easy and delicious! The perfect breakfast meal to serve your guest!
8 oz. can of crescent rolls
10 slices of bacon cooked
10 eggs beaten
2 cups shredded cheese
2-3 tbsp milk
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and prepare a 13 x 9 with cooking spray.
Line the prepared baking dish with unrolled crescent roll dough – pressing seams together. Layer the crumbled bacon and cheese over the crescent dough. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper and pour over bacon and cheese.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool for a few minutes and then cut into squares and serve.
