For Valentine’s Day, I made my normal V-Day meal : Filet Mignon with Goat Cheese & Balsamic Syrup ( Recipe on this blog, in an earlier post!! https://tiffanyrose913.wordpress.com/2008/04/01/filet-with-goat-cheese-and-balsalmic-reduction-served-over-mashed-yams/) – I served this on top of Fried Asiago Polenta Rounds, and a side salad.
